Hi, I’m Corlia, the owner and founder of How to Sew.

Sewing and teaching have been part of my life for more than 40 years, and in 2026, How to Sew proudly celebrates its 10th anniversary.

When people ask why I teach sewing, my answer is simple: because I love it, and I love working with people. For me, How to Sew is more than a business—it is a passion and an opportunity to help others discover their creativity, develop practical skills and experience the confidence that comes from making something themselves.

When you join one of my classes, you can expect a warm, relaxed and supportive environment where you can learn at your own pace and feel at ease from the moment you arrive.
